The following payment and shipping conditions apply:

Shipping terms

The delivery of the goods takes place all over Europe.

Shipping costs (including legal value added tax)

Deliveries within Germany (Germany):

Within Germany we charge a flat rate of 3,90€ per order up to an order value of 24,99€. From 25,00€ the shipping is free of charge.

Deliveries abroad:

For deliveries abroad (EU) we charge a flat rate of 5,90€ per order.

Terms of delivery

If no other deadline is stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within Germany (Germany) will be effected within 3 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one common shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

Further details on payment

When paying by SEPA basic direct debit or SEPA company direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit collection. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that the account has sufficient funds on the announced date.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.

Payment via Klarna Checkout

In cooperation with Klarna we offer the following payment options. The payment is always made to Klarna:

Klarna invoice: Payable within 14 days from date of invoice. The invoice will be issued when the goods are shipped and sent by e-mail. You can find the invoice conditions here.

Klarna Installment Purchase: With Klarna's financing service you can pay your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least 6.95 EUR).
