Our team needs to be enlarged asap by a Head of Sourcing and Supply Chain (w/m/d) at our headquarter in Hamburg, Germany.

What you will do:

  • Manage our suppliers
  • Evaluate potential suppliers
  • Manage the overall supplier qualification process
  • Develop and create sourcing plans
  • Evaluates and recommends purchasing and sourcing decisions process for our products and future products
  • Work closely together with our shipping agent and our Head of Production to enable a never out of stock situation

We’d love to meet someone with…

  • Broad Knowledge of Supply chain and factors effecting product placement
  • Excellent communicator and negotiator
  • Self-Motivated and attentive to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Background from Sourcing, Buying or supply base
  • Extensive knowledge of sourcing countries and supply base
  • Culturally aware with suppliers from all over the world
  • Ability to manage up across all levels
  • Overseas Travel 8-12 weeks average per year

What you will do:

  • Leading, coaching and developing a high performing team of Account Managers
  • Responsible for the retention and growth of our largest and most profitable customer partnerships
  • Lead commercial understanding, practices & direction across Strategic Customers to increase profitability
  • Creating and delivering recognisable value to customers
  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key senior personnel across customer base

We’d love to meet someone with…

  • Experience within the mobile phone case industry / consumer electronics / consumer goods
  • Strategic account management or new business sales experience within a business-to business sales environment
  • Experience of leading developing a team
  • Result-oriented and enthusiastic
  • Flexible to travel Internationally
  • Being able to setup calculations in excel
  • English speaking
  • Team Player
  • Sales oriented

What you will do:

  • Support the Head of Marketing with planning and creating content for our website, our social channels and for our partners
  • Screen the market for good marketing opportunities
  • Communicate with agencies, influencers and partners marketing divisions
  • Learning a lot, having fun, bringing in own ideas, being successful

We’d love to meet someone with…

We don’t care what you study, we care about what you want to do now. If you studied logistics, religion, sports or whatsoever, but now feel like being the right guy to do marketing, we will welcome you. But of course you should bring along some skills:

  • Knowledge about Social Marketing Channels
  • Knowledge about marketing itself
  • Power Point or Photoshop skills
  • Good level English
  • Motivated
  • Having own ideas
  • Being able to work in a team

What’s in it for you?

As well as an attractive monthly salary (650€), we also give you 2 day’s holiday for every month you stay. What differentiates us from other Employers is that we give you a bonus at the end of your stay. Depending on the grade, your team leader will give you.

What you will do:

  • Support the Head of Sales in his daily work with existing partners
  • Research potential new customers
  • Take part in Sales Meetings
  • Help so setup and manifest the Sales Strategy
  • Communicate with partners
  • Learning a lot, having fun, bringing in own ideas, being successful

We’d love to meet someone with…

We don’t care what you study, we care about what you want to do now. If you studied logistics, religion, sports or whatsoever, but now feel like being the right guy to do sales, we will welcome you. But of course some skills you should bring with:

  • Excel skills
  • Good level English
  • Motivated
  • Strong communication skills
  • Having own ideas
  • Being able to work in a team

Our opinion is that Sales Manager work hard, don’t be shy to call someone, go to networking events, being empathetic, listen to what the customer says and ask questions. Together with a good product – and that’s what we’ve got – it’s nearly a guarantee for being successful.

If you don’t have all of these skills yet, no problem, we hope to teach you during your stay.
